Reading for Our Lives has me on the move from coast to coast, but my recent presentation to Milwaukee Public Schools teachers and staff was a powerful reminder to spread the message in my own backyard.
Huge thanks to the MPS/MKE Early Childhood 1,825 Initiative for supporting the program. I love how the initiative name pays homage to the number of days in the critical first five years of kids’ lives.
